Cozy 3 Bedroom/Min to National Mall/Great Location

Ezra was extremely responsive. Before we traveled, we finalized our menu for the long weekend. I asked about the kitchen equipment we would need, and he brought missing items to make sure we had what we needed. I asked a lot of questions before and after reserving the apartment. Ezra patiently answered every question, promptly. We needed five beds and we all had comfortable ones. My niece even said the chair-bed was comfortable. Finally, the location was ideal for us, with its proximity to Arlington National Cemetery, museums and other public attractions, public transportation, and grocery stores. I hope to stay there again the next time we visit the area!

I actually thought the space was better in person, it was exactly right for 5 ladies. The location felt safe and there were shops and bars a 15 minute walk away. A nice space to stay and day trip into DC and Old Town.

My family and I had a comfortable stay at Ezra’s place. The location is very convenient and near to many good restaurants and Washington DC. Amenities were exactly as described. We did have trouble with the Keurig machine but Ezra had a traditional drip coffee maker and that helped. We lived and place and will probably seek it out if we are in DC again.

Ezra's instructions were very clear. Parking is convience and close proximity. The house was clean and have all the appliances you need.

I would recommend Ezra and his property to anyone visit DC area

Great host, beautiful apartment. Name brand, clean appliances in the fully stocked kitchen. Lovely linens, very comfortable beds. The room darkening shades kept the light out which made sleeping easier. Would definitely select this location again. Thanks Ezra! -- Dawn and Fam

The home was very spacious and clean. It was also nice and cool upon entering from the humidity and heat every day. It is above a smoke shop, but Ezra set up an air filter to assist in keeping the apartment smelling clean and fresh.

The place is exactly as described. Ezra is a fantastic host. He is responsive and tries his best to accommodate our requests.

Enjoyed the stay and didn’t have anything to complain about. The walls are quite thin so the outside noise from the smoke shop traffic snd actual traffic was loud. But no other complaints Ezra could actually do anything about. His place was great.

Great spot for the Family stay. Park just up the block for the kids right on the bus line. easy access to the interstate. lots of walking/bike trails minutes away.

Ezra's place was fantastic for us to stay at. He was helpful and responsive to our messages. The location is right above a smoke shop and also touching a main road so the surroundings can be loud. Other than that the place was spacious and clean.

Such an amazing place to rent, very spacious, up to date kitchen, and a very quick drive to D.C. but also just far enough away to still have access to public transportation. Will absolutely try to rent from Ezra again the next time I’m in the Arlington area. 100/10 recommend

Loved it felt like home inside

The place was spacious, clean and welcoming. The location is convenient to get to restaurants and the bus station. However the environment is not conducive for sleep, neighbors have barking dogs, crying babies, noisy street and a smoke shop downstairs; bring ear plugs.

This was a fine, spacious accommodation. Three bedrooms, two baths, a living area, dining area, and kitchen - it was all very comfortable for our stay. It also was nice that there were tvs in each bedroom, and that the beds were comfortable. The area seems to have some night-time industrial activity that can be disruptive to sleep. Many heavy trucks in the area.

great area and a lot to do not too far ! the patio was the star for us we love outdoors and it helped add that aspect to an apartment. owner of shop on front side was amazing and friendly as well! Convenient area as well close to dc !

Positive: The kitchen is very neat and clean. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the beds are excellent. They have some board games (Yacht, Monopoly, etc.). This place is very close to Washington, D.C. You can easily reach Washington, D.C., by public transportation.

The home was extremely clean and the host was extremely nice and responsive.

Comfortable and modern apartment outside of Washington DC. Positive: Easy access to property with clear instructions, the property was clean and organized. The apartment is modern and very comfortable, the location is great for an easy commute around the area and to and from Washington DC. Ezra was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had a great time and a pleasant stay. Thank you! Negative: The only recommendation is to add blackout window treatments to the bedrooms to block the natural light from the early sunrise in the summer, this will help guests with getting some much needed sleep.

The place was nice & clean. Very easy to find and check in was super quick. The apartment is on the road, so it was a little noisy, but entirely awesome otherwise.

Ezra's place worked out perfect for us. We were there for a graduation and it accommodated all of our guests. It looked just like the pictures. I loved all of the amenities.

This place was perfect. From Ezra (the host) responding right away to any messages, to the cleanliness of the unit, to the quiet neighborhood. This was all I wanted for my weekend. The only complaint is you can hear when the smoke shop opens and closes because they raise and lower a gate but we understood that was going to come after reading the listing. Everything was up to standards. Thank you so much Ezra for hosting such a great place!

Ezra had a great place that we liked a lot. He was very communicative and apologetic about an issue that the previous renters created. The property gave us a great amount of space to spread out and we spent a lot of time on the balcony. We enjoyed our trip and would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

All bedrooms are essentially next to the street with poorly insulated windows making it very noisy, no black out blinds so every time a car drives by the whole room lit up brightly and a roar of noise, we slept very poorly here the entire time. Hot water was not working in one of the two bathrooms, host couldn’t get it repaired because parts were not available at the local hardware store. We found bugs on our bed and on the bathroom floor. Toilet paper was not provided so we had to go buy it upon arrival. Trash bins in the bathrooms did not have trash bags so we had to use our own. The place looks like the photos and the description is correct, but the details are not to the standard of acceptable living and the noise and light in the bedrooms at night make it a very poor stay if you’re sensitive to that.

Ezra and the co-host are very responsive and helpful. The place is very clean and close to restaurants and places to see. We would stay here again.

It was a good area with the ability to double lock for safety. It is very family friendly with a short walk to the park. Bonus, you don't have to find a spot to park as a spot is included. The host was very responsive with any questions we had.

The neighborhood isn’t the best but the actual apartment is beautiful and is close to Shirlington.

Ezras places is nice and clean , with in a walking distance to a convenient store, it was close to the places we needed to visit.

Ezra was a great host giving clear instructions ahead of time! The home was incredibly clean & clutter free. We were able to park both our vehicles which was great! I would definitely stay again if I ever needed to go back to Arlington!

Enjoyed our stay very much. The space was just right for us, very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer was also handy. Ezra was very attentive, gave clear instructions and friendly. The property was in a great location for seeing sites and going out.

Hosts were super great!!! Place was a little tricky to find at first. And parking was a bit confusing. Once we looked for the smoke shop that shared the same building it was easy to access. Shaun recommend many different places for food in the area and was always quick to respond to any question I had. Only things that were not my favorite was the thin toilet paper and super uncomfortable sofa bed. But overall worth every penny

The place is as described and also love that a smoke shop was right underneath to easily grab a snack or drink but if they are close another store about a 3-5 min walk is open until 12 with a kitchen. Ezra over communicates which I loved because I didn’t have to inquire about anything as everything I needed I already had. Also has a lot of shops and restaurants in Alexandria less than 10 mins from the Airbnb. Will definitely stay again

Super clean place. Very uncomfortable living room furniture and noisy upstairs neighbors. Paper thin walls. Host was responsive and listing was accurate. For an affordable, clean stay, this works.

Ezra's place was ideal for us as it was large enough for our family. It was clean and located not far from places we needed to be. It's a block away from a park which was an added bonus!

Our family of 5 stayed here. The accommodations were a little far from the metro but not bad at all. We were extremely comfortable. My only feedback would be maybe have a fan as the house got very quiet at night and you could hear neighbors. Beautiful home. The kitchen was very nice and I loved that the dining room was right there. I would definitely stay again.

A great location and a great spot to get into DC

From start to finish, Ezra and Shaun were incredibly responsive. They answered any random question I had. They were very friendly, super helpful when we couldn't find parking due to the store below taking up the alloted spots (they got that resolved for us in minutes!)

The apartment is as described, and the upkeep and facilities are in good condition (HVAC, new floors, finishings, 3 bedrooms, master en-suite, etc). Kitchen is well equipped and effortless, and the parking is right outside the unit. The host was responsive and proactive in ensuring that all needs were met. This unit would easily go for more if it were at a different location. This worked for me, and was comfortable.

what a great base for exploring Washington DC! The apartment is a 10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the mall. very roomy and comfortable - hot showers and comfy beds. Easy check-in. I was a little nervous about the location at first, but the guys at the business below the apartment keep a close eye on things and we felt completely safe - apartment was quiet as well.

Place easily accommodated our family of 5 with plenty of space. Everything was very clean. Fully stocked kitchen, even included laundry detergent. Excellent communication with the host, very friendly and responsive. Included parking is right near unit's window where you can easily keep an eye on it. Location is good, right outside Washington. It was about 10 minutes car ride to see the cherry blossoms. There are grocery stories about 5 minutes away. Overall, great value

Ezra's place was very clean and accommodated my family of 5 well. As our host, he always responded immediately with any questions that I asked, and even checked in to make sure my stay was going well. The neighbors were noisier than we are used to which interrupted sleep at times.
