Ezra is a very helpful host and very accommodating.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, roomy and very quiet. It was very secure, even with a business below the customers were never an issue. The parking was amazing. We cannot say enough good things about this place. We hope to rent from them again the next time we visit Virginia.

Ezra was a great host. He went above and beyond for our family. We somehow missed the check in instruction message and he was quick to respond and make sure we got in quickly. The place felt safe with extra security with a couple doors that stay locked and the area seemed safe. There was a person on site that checked with us in passing to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything. I would highly recommend this place for couple or family visiting the area.

We were very comfortable staying here and there was plenty of room for our family. Ezra is an awesome host and very quick to respond!

It was a good place to stay and still have access to DC. The beds were comfortable. It was great to have a free place to park our car at night since parking in DC is so expensive. It was clean. There was no smell from the smoke shop that I could detect, but as other reviewers have mentioned, it might not be a place for someone with sensitivity to smells--mostly because of the fragrance of the deodorizers used in the apartment. Our kids really enjoyed having a playground around the corner to play in while I made dinner in the evenings.

Ezra was extremely communicative, organized, and polite. He was very proactive with all instructions and highly responsive when we reached out with questions. The apartment looked just like the photos. It was very clean and had all amenities promised. Checking in was simple and quick. The location is convenient and easily accessible. There were a couple downsides to our stay. It was very loud in this location. The road nearby is very busy and we heard quite a bit of noise all night from cars and people outside the apartment and the smoke shop downstairs. We could hear the guests in the apartment downstairs as well. Lastly, the beds weren’t super comfortable, but fine for a few nights. Overall it was a nice, clean place with an excellent host.

Pros The apartment was clean and tidy. Good value for two bathrooms Everything was as described. Instructions for parking, check-in and checkout were clear. Cons The location was high traffic and could be loud at times. A popular local smoke shop occupies the first floor of the building. Overall a very good experience. I would stay again.

Erza was an amazing host - we were there for a festival weekend and his home was absolutely amazing.

Good location. Cars can be loud in the area so bring ear plugs if you need.

Felt right at home immediately. Ezra's instructions made it all straight forward. Felt like we had been there before. Would gladly return anytime I am in the area.

We were extremely pleased with our stay and host. One in our group had never been in Airbnb and he loved it! The home had everything we needed and more. The place was just like I expected. I even made the statement, “I could live here.” The location is just outside the major tourist areas but we took the bus to the Metro and we are non-city people but Ezra’s pictures and suggestions of the bus were perfect. There were several restaurants and shopping areas nearby; some we drove to and some we did Uber. The home was older but decorated and supplied with more modern appeal. I personally enjoyed the balcony while my family was still asleep and I was surprised at the quietness of the area in this residential community. We were in the 3rd floor apartment and didn’t hear the visitors below us at all. (For those who need elevators, there are only stairs; but very doable!)

Another reviewer mentioned that this listing is for an apartment above a smoke shop. I didn't happen to read all the way down to see this. Ezra did a pretty good job with smoke-mitigation and had an air purifier running and scent/deodorizer in place in the living room. But, if you are sensitive to smoke, just take note. We couldn't sleep on the master bed because it was too worn out/soft and caved in on us. So, we used one of the extra bedrooms and found the bed much better. The kitchen looked very clean with new appliances. We only used the refrigerator though. The living room furniture looked like it could use updating, it was a bit on the dingy side. We spent most of our trip to D.C. out doing things, so it was fine. There are some great dining options close by!

We had an amazing experience. We needed a place last minute because the one we had originally booked wasn’t ready when we arrived, and the host responded incredibly fast. He totally saved the day. The place was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located. Everything was exactly as described, and we had no complaints at all. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Stayed at Ezra’s for one night to attend a concert at Capital Arena (18 min drive). Rooms were spotless and met our needs. Will be back when visiting DC!

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days, nice and clean apartment, the only thing we are not like is towels wore out and the owner check in without notifying. All is good.

My group enjoyed the stay! Good accommodation for a group of friends or a family.

Great place

Perfect for our family of 4! Central to everything, National Mall, memorials, restaurants, etc. Ezra is very responsive and details are thorough so we had everything we needed for check in and check out. Plenty of room for us all to have space. I'd stay here again when we visit DC again!

Great place to stay

Awesome place and very well maintained. Location wise it’s the best choice however there weren’t enough cooking pots from what we noticed. My family and I usually cook on every trip but even though the kitchen had a nice set up there wasn’t enough options for the cooking pots. Other than that I thought the third bedroom had a door issue where every time I tried to close and open it would get stuck and make a loud noise. Some small things to consider but for the price and overall quality, it’s an amazing stay and I highly recommend it to anyone who’s planning a trip to Washington.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Ezra’s place. It had enough space for all 7 of us. It wasn’t far from all the good attractions that Northern Va. has to offer

Lovely spot for our last minute booking! The apartment is well kept and spacious. Each room had its own TV so friends could have some space to themselves if needed. My only comment is that two of the parking spaces are a little confusing as you have to pull up onto the curb, so it might be helpful to contact the owner for clarification. He communicated well and quickly, though, and is super helpful!

My friends and I needed to spend one night in Washington. Great space for 6 people, full kitchen, washer/dryer, bath available. Great balcony for evening sitting. I definitely recommend. The only thing that seemed strange to me was the $145 cleaning fee, and we had to put the towels in the washing machine and turn it on and so on...

Some detergent smell in the day checked in, guess it was just cleaned before checking in. Good location within 12 min to many of the museums.

Small film crew needed a place to stay for a couple of nights. Comfortable beds, comfortable living space, good kitchen and dining area for meetings, zoom calls. Would stay there again.

Great stay, surprisingly nice and a luxurious feel once inside compared to when you first pull up.

The location is in close proximity to the sights of DC and easy to get to. The bedroom windows are facing a busy street so a lot of traffic noise at all hours. Neighborhood seemed safe to travel with a family. Not an overabundance of towels or pillows so you may want to bring your own. Mattresses were comfortable and good water pressure in the shower.

This apartment unit is on the 3rd floor. 21 steps. Apart from that, the place is worth it!

We were attending my son's graduation in Georgetown. We drove from NJ. The place has parking and is convenient for us. We didn't need to communicate with Ezra, because instructions are very clear.

This place was great to host 4 people! Washington DC was relatively close and Ezra was helpful throughout our stay. The only downfall is that it’s located above a smoke shop. Other that that, the please was clean and lovely!

The apartment was lovely! Easy to find, ample parking, and the host was highly responsive and communicative. Close to fun activities and the beds were sooooo comfy. Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, and felt very safe with a locked door at the entry to our condo. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more. The manager Ezra was easy to communicate with and quickly responded to my questions. The place is roomy and has a great balcony with a table and chairs.

The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful instructions. The house is comfortable and clean. Our stay was truly pleasant. Only neighborhood on street was a little bit noisy early in the morning. Thank you so much for this stay.

The plane was perfect for our family trip. With three big bedrooms, the teenagers could get away from the parents for a while if they wanted to. It was a great location not too far from Metro Station really close to this bus station. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Ezra's space was perfect for us four adults! It was clean and spacious, and everyone had their own room to escape to at the end of a long day exploring nearby DC. Ezra left lots of kitchen stuff from coffee, tea and condiments for us to use. While it wasn't needed for our trip, the additional heavy blankets for the cold weather was also appreciated. Our only suggestion would be to have maybe a TV in the guest bedrooms for when each party goes to their room for the night, and an additional mirror in the master as the master bathroom was smaller in size for two people.

Ezra is a great host, he helped us fix any problem we ran into while staying at his place. The beds were comfortable and the condition of the apartment was good as it was recently renovated. The location is also great as it is very close to DC. The location is above a smoke shop, so you can smell marijuana in the stairwell, but besides that everything was great and the smell wasnt in the apartment.
